The purpose of this (mortgage) loan calculator is to give you an idea of the approximate
loan rates to be expected with different interest rates.
At least 20% of the purchase price should be invested as down payment.
The rate of monthly payments can depend on credit-worthiness, etc. It can also
be modified by interest fluctuations.
Fixed interest rates over a period of up to 20 years are possible.
The ancillary expenses are calculated to cover all side costs of purchase (10,5%, in case of purchase prices below 48.448,58 € up to 11,7%) & finance
(5,0%) (taxes, charges, fees...).
